The first three months of 2020 have been dominated by the spread of COVID-19 All around the world.
As professionals, it is crucial that we focus on our social responsibility and, in line with this, we will continue to adhere very closely to local government guidelines. It is our responsibility to implement sound social practices within our organisation, such as encouraging home-based work and social distancing policies for essential encounters.
During this interim phase, while the pandemic still has many days, weeks and probably months to run its course, we will also focus on the quality of our communications with all stakeholders.
It has always been a core competency in our past successes to connect with the feelings of our clients to better understand their expectations and we plan to leverage this value in these challenging times as well. More directly, we take into account our clients' concerns and do our utmost to ensure that they have a worry-free holiday travel.
